Youth who once symbolized peace and hope are replaced by terrified civilians fleeing alongside skeletons in military uniforms.    The stark contrast exposes the irony: war dressed up as a fairytale, militarism packaged as the future.                    。          　　广西防汛抗旱指挥部年8月24日发布通告，受今年第19号台风“紫檀”强降雨及上游来水影响，郁江南宁水文站8月24日14时25分水位涨至73.00米，达到水利部《全国主要江河洪水编号规定》的标准，广西水文中心将此次洪水编号为“郁江2026年第2号洪水”。据预测，南宁水文站将于27日凌晨出现超警2.5米左右的洪峰水位，贵港水文站将于28日下午出现超警2.8米左右的洪峰水位。根据《广西防汛抗旱应急预案》有关规定，广西防汛抗旱指挥部决定对南宁、贵港市防汛防台风(含地质灾害)四级应急响应于8月24日20时调整为三级。     　　河池天峨暂停水上游玩项目      　　广西河池市天峨县文化广电体育和旅游局、天峨县气象局、天峨县应急管理局发布公告，公告称：      　　根据气象部门预测，受今年第19号台风“紫檀”外围环流影响，8月26日天峨县将出现强对流天气过程，预计全县有中到大雨，局地暴雨并伴有短时雷暴大风等强对流天气。8月26日00：00至26日23：59，天峨县管控龙滩坝下码头至古王桥河段，暂停各类临水及水上游玩项目，含桨板、皮划艇、帆船、摩托艇、漂流等水上休闲运动。气象部门将提前发布预警信息，请大家关注天峨网、天峨文旅、天峨气象微博，关注天气动态，待相关部门解除管控后，再开展水上活动。
